We are looking for a **dynamic and confident Business Development Executive** who can handle **front desk operations, client coordination, and telecalling** while supporting sales and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well\-presented, and target\-driven.
- Manage **front desk operations** and greet visitors professionally
- Handle **inbound \& outbound calls** and client inquiries
- Generate leads through **telecalling and follow\-ups**
- Pitch company services and support **business development activities**
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Maintain **client database and daily reports**
- Build and maintain **strong client relationships**
- Support **sales targets and conversion activities**
- Ensure smooth **day\-to\-day office coordination**
- 0–2 years experience in **sales, telecalling, front desk, or client coordination**
- Good communication skills in **English (Hindi/Telugu is an advantage)**
- Strong **client handling and follow\-up skills**
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office and email handling**
- Presentable personality with a **professional attitude**
- Ability to **multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment**
