You will serve as the first point of contact for the organization, manage front desk operations, provide administrative support across departments, and ensure the smooth day\-to\-day functioning of the office.
1\-Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
2\- Manage the front desk ,answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; handle walk\-in
queries .
3\- Maintain office supplies inventory; place orders and ensure adequate stock levels at all
times.
4\- Coordinate courier, dispatch, and mail management, incoming and outgoing
correspondence.
5\- Manage meeting room bookings, set up conference rooms, and assist in organizing
company events.
6\- Maintain and update visitor logs, employee attendance records, and other administrative
registers.
7\- Support HR and other departments with documentation, filing, and record\-keeping tasks
8\- Liaise with vendors, facility management teams, and service providers for office upkeep
9\- Handle petty cash and maintain expense records as directed
10\- Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the reporting manager
1\- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience.
1\- Prior work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in an administrative role.
2\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional
languages is an advantage.
3\- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and presentable demeanor.
4\- Good organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
5\- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
1\-3 Years in a similar front office or administrative role.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
