Salmanjori Estate , a Boutique Resort is hiring a **Front Office Assistant/Associate in Santiniketan.** . The role involves managing front desk operations along with basic administrative coordination to ensure smooth day\-to\-day office functioning.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Manage front desk operations like Reservations, Check In \& Check out
Check out , Cash Handling
Address guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Operate the front office systems including PMS (Property Management System).
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments and hotel properties
Support HR, Accounts, and Management with admin tasks
Maintain office supplies
Ensure a professional and well\-organized office environment
*Requirements:**
Diploma /Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hotel / Hospitality Management
Front Office knowledge is must from 4/5 star category Hotels / Resorts
Experience with PMS software like Wincloud / IDS is preferred.
