Front Office Executive cum Accountant

**Job Description**Front Office Duties

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
• Maintain office records, files, and correspondence
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
• Assist with administrative tasks and office coordination

Accounting Duties

• Maintain daily financial transactions and records
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow\-ups
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
• Assist in bank reconciliations and cash handling
• Maintain petty cash and expense tracking
• Support audits and compliance documentation

• *Requirements** **Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field**

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of regional language is an advantage)
• Prior experience in front office or accounting roles preferred (1–3 years)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and customer\-handling skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
