We are looking for a presentable and customer\-focused Front Office \& Guest Relations Executive who can deliver a high\-end client experience while supporting our sales team through effective coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients and has a flair for hospitality combined with sales support.
- *Front Office \& Guest Handling**
- Welcome walk\-in clients, architects, and designers professionally
- Manage calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain visitor records and showroom front desk operations
- Understand client requirements and guide them within the showroom
- Ensure a premium hospitality experience (refreshments, comfort, attention)
- Build strong relationships with repeat clients and professionals
- Assist the sales team with client follow\-ups and lead tracking
- Coordinate quotations, pricing, and order processing
- Support project inquiries and large order requirements
- Liaise with internal teams for order updates and delivery status
- Maintain display standards and overall showroom presentation
- Develop basic product knowledge (marble types, finishes, tiles)
- Maintain CRM or Excel\-based records of leads and sales
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- 1–4 years of experience in front office, customer service, or showroom sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Interest in interiors, construction materials, or luxury retail preferred
- *Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
