Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, well\-presented, and customer\-focused **Front Office Executive / Receptionist** to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently in a fast\-paced clinical environment.
As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the candidate should create a welcoming experience while handling appointments, calls, and administrative coordination professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings efficiently
- Manage front desk operations, visitor records, and appointment schedules
- Coordinate with therapists, doctors, and other departments for smooth client flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Handle billing coordination, basic documentation, and data entry tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, emails, and office communications
- Support administrative and customer service activities as assigned
- Ensure excellent client experience and professional communication at all times

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Email, WhatsApp)

Preferred Qualifications
- Any Degree / Graduation
- Previous experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, Healthcare Reception, Clinic Coordination, or Administrative roles preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
