*Job Summary**

We are seeking a professional and customer\-oriented Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our showroom visitors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for customers while coordinating effectively with the sales team.

*Key Responsibilities**

Handle the front office desk and welcome customers professionally.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements.
Ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience at all times.
Interact with walk\-in customers and provide initial information about products and services.
Coordinate with the sales team and direct customers to the appropriate Sales Executive for further assistance.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, inquiries, and follow\-ups.
Ensure smooth customer flow and support daily showroom operations.
Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area.

*Requirements**

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, reception, customer relations, or a similar role.
Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary Pass).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer interaction and relationship\-building abilities.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹16,000\.00 per month
