Welcome customers professionally and create a premium first impression at the workshop reception.
Coordinate vehicle service appointments and manage customer arrivals efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in the dealership management system.
Assist Service Advisors by preparing job cards and updating customer information.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries regarding service appointments and vehicle status.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth customer flow and timely service delivery.
Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle repair and maintenance progress.
Process service\-related documentation, invoices, and customer acknowledgements accurately.
Ensure the reception and customer lounge areas are maintained to luxury brand standards.
