- *Job Summary**

The Front Sales / BDE Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding Cizar's market presence within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical or industrial sales, a passion for sustainability, and proven success in managing a territory\-based sales portfolio.
- *Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, institutional, and industrial markets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and distributors.
- Present and promote Cizar's eco\-friendly cleaning solutions to prospective clients through in\-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Provide technical knowledge and support for product application and usage.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, R\&D, Customer Service) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and territory plans.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to resolve issues and close sales.
- Consult with department heads to plan and to secure information on products and customer specifications.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
- *Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 2\+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing or cleaning solutions.
- Knowledge of eco\-friendly or green\-certified products is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in territory management and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self\-motivated, results\-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
