• *Role: Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel \+ Angular)** **Experience:** 4\+ years

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to work on our multi\-tenant SaaS **Practice Management System (PMS)** for healthcare clinics.

The product covers appointments, patient records, treatments, billing, enquiries/CRM, WhatsApp messaging, IVR telephony, and an AI assistant. The backend is **Laravel 11 (PHP 8\.2\)** with **MySQL**.

The frontend is **Angular**, and we are migrating a legacy Angular app to the latest Angular version. A **Python (FastAPI)** microservice runs the AI features.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Build and maintain REST APIs in **Laravel 11**: controllers, Eloquent models, migrations, queued jobs, events/listeners, and scheduled commands.
• Build features in **Angular** (latest versions) with **TypeScript**, RxJS, Angular Material, Syncfusion components and Formly\-based forms.
• Help migrate the legacy **Angular 6** application to modern Angular, keeping existing behaviour the same and avoiding regressions.
• Design and protect **multi\-tenant** data access (clinic\-level isolation), including authentication with Laravel Passport/Sanctum (OAuth2, scopes) and API\-key auth for external integrations.
• Build and maintain third\-party integrations:
• **WhatsApp** (Meta Cloud API / WAHA): messaging, templates, campaigns, webhooks
• **IVR/telephony** providers (Exotel, Ozonetel, Tata Tele)
• Payment gateways, and webhook\-based automation (e.g., n8n)
• Work with the **Python/FastAPI AI service** on LLM\-driven features, such as an AI WhatsApp agent, knowledge base (RAG), and guardrails, using signed service\-to\-service APIs.
• Build real\-time features with WebSockets (**Laravel Reverb / Echo**).
• Write and optimize **MySQL** queries, schema changes and migrations on a large production database.
• Write tests with **PHPUnit** for the backend and **Vitest** for the frontend, take part in code reviews, and follow secure coding practices (OWASP, input validation, access control).
• Containerize and deploy services with **Docker / Docker Compose**, and troubleshoot issues in production and staging.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4\+ years of hands\-on experience with **PHP and Laravel** (Laravel 10/11 preferred).
• Strong experience with **Angular (v12\+)** and **TypeScript**. Experience upgrading legacy Angular apps is a big plus.
• Solid understanding of **RESTful API design**, authentication (OAuth2/JWT/API keys), and webhooks.
• Good command of **MySQL**: query optimization, indexing and migrations.
• Experience with queues, background jobs and schedulers (Laravel queues/cron).
• Proficiency with **Git** and collaborative workflows (branches, PRs, code reviews).
• Experience with **Docker**.
• Clear communication and the ability to own a feature end to end.

• *Good to Have:**

• **Python (FastAPI)**, or experience integrating **LLM APIs** (OpenAI / Anthropic) and building RAG or AI\-agent features.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API, IVR/telephony APIs, or payment gateway integrations.
• Experience with WebSockets/real\-time apps (Laravel Reverb, Pusher, Echo)
• Experience in **healthcare / clinic management** or other multi\-tenant SaaS products.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.
