We are looking for a skilled **Full\-Stack Developer** who can build scalable web applications using **React** on the frontend and **Python / PHP** on the backend. The candidate should be comfortable working across the entire stack, integrating APIs, handling databases, and delivering clean, maintainable code in a fast\-paced IT environment, Team Lead handling the 20\+ employee.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop responsive and high\-performance UI using **React.js**
• Build and maintain backend APIs using **Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)** and **PHP (Laravel / Core PHP)**
• Integrate frontend with REST APIs
• Design and manage databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role\-based access
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
• Debug, test, and maintain existing applications
• Collaborate with designers, testers, and other developers
• Deploy and manage applications on servers (Linux / AWS preferred)
