• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands\-on experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, along with experience in microservices architecture, RESTful API development, and message brokers.

The candidate should be capable of delivering high\-quality, maintainable code, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating effectively with cross\-functional teams in an Agile development environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js and modern JavaScript.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high\-performance backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs across application services.
• Work with microservices architecture to build and maintain modular, independently deployable services.
• Implement asynchronous communication and event\-driven workflows using message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Identify and resolve application bugs, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
• Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and write maintainable, reusable, and testable code.
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and development teams to deliver features within agreed timelines.
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to technical discussions, root\-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• 3–5 years of professional, hands\-on experience in MERN stack development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6\+) and asynchronous programming concepts.

Solid experience with

Frontend: React.js, component\-based architecture, hooks, state management, and API integration.

Backend: Node.js, Express.js, middleware, authentication, and authorization.

Database: MongoDB, Mongoose, schema design, indexing, aggregation, and query optimization.

Proven experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API design and development.

Hands\-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and inter\-service communication.

Experience with Git\-based version control and collaborative branching strategies.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

Strong debugging, problem\-solving, analytical, and root\-cause analysis skills.

Good understanding of application security, error handling, input validation, and performance optimization.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team\-coordinated environment.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint\-based delivery.

• *Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or Vitest.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and scalable application design.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting production applications.
