Webguruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive **GeM Executive** with hands\-on experience in handling the **Government e\-Marketplace (GeM) portal**, tender participation, vendor management, and government procurement processes.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing GeM operations, understanding bid/tender requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of government\-related sales opportunities. The candidate should possess good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
· Manage and operate the **Government e\-Marketplace (GeM) portal** efficiently.
· Search, identify, and participate in relevant **government tenders, bids, and procurement opportunities**.
· Handle **bid preparation, tender documentation, submission, and follow\-ups**.
· Coordinate with internal technical and management teams for proposal and requirement fulfillment.
· Maintain and update company product/service listings on the GeM portal.
· Monitor tender deadlines, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, and submission timelines.
· Handle communication with government departments and relevant authorities when required.
· Maintain records of bids, tenders, documentation, and project status.
· Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and standards.
· Support business growth through domestic government sales opportunities.
