Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions across our platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, RAG systems, AI agents, LLM frameworks, vector databases, and cloud\-based AI services. This role involves working closely with product and engineering teams to bring AI capabilities into production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
• Build and maintain Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Develop and fine\-tune AI/ML and NLP models.
• Work with embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Build scalable REST APIs and AI\-powered microservices using FastAPI or Flask.
• Integrate AI components into enterprise applications and orchestration layers.
• Perform prompt engineering, context engineering, and model evaluation.
• Monitor model performance and optimize response quality.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and agent\-based architectures.

Required Skills

• 5\+ years of experience in Product Development, AI/ML, NLP, or Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformers.
• Hands\-on experience with AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and production\-grade deployments.
• Familiarity with Glue, Athena, and data engineering workflows.
• Experience handling multimodal AI use cases.

Application Requirements

Pay: ₹456,646\.56 \- ₹758,087\.79 per year
