- *Position:** General Manager – Hospital Administration
Job Summary
The General Manager – Hospital Administration will be responsible for the overall administrative and operational management of the hospital, ensuring excellence in patient care delivery, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and organizational performance. The role requires close coordination with clinical departments, nursing services, diagnostic units, support services, and management to achieve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall administration and operations of the hospital.
- Ensure seamless functioning of OPD, IPD, Emergency, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, and Support Services.
- Monitor patient flow, admission and discharge processes, and service turnaround times.
- Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and resolve escalated patient grievances.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, biomedical waste management norms, fire safety requirements, and other healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, and allied health teams to maintain high standards of patient care and service quality.
- Develop and implement hospital policies, SOPs, and operational protocols.
- Monitor departmental performance through key operational and quality indicators.
- Lead manpower planning, staff productivity initiatives, and administrative team management.
- Oversee facility management, housekeeping, security, engineering, maintenance, and vendor services.
- Manage hospital budgets, operational costs, procurement controls, and resource utilization.
- Support business development activities, corporate tie\-ups, insurance and TPA relationships, and referral networks.
- Participate in accreditation programs, quality audits, risk management, and infection control initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, MBA (Hospital \& Healthcare Management), or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in Healthcare Quality, NABH, or Hospital Operations will be preferred.
Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in hospital administration and healthcare operations.
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary hospital departments and healthcare teams.
- Experience with NABH accreditation, quality management systems, and healthcare compliance requirements.

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
