Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple departments and teams
• Oversee operations, project coordination, accounts, HR \& sales
• Drive business growth and operational excellence
• Develop strategic plans and ensure timely execution
• Monitor project performance, budgeting, and reporting
• Maintain strong client and team relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / MBA preferred
• 12–20 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong leadership and decision\-making skills
• Experience handling HR, Operations, Accounts \& Sales teams
• Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities
