We are seeking a Business Operations Supervisor to oversee the day\-to\-day activities of various departments including Sales/Marketing, Purchase, Production, Accounts, Administration, Logistics, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 14 office and factory staff members, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Supervising and coordinating business activities across multiple departments

Maintaining regular communication with existing and new customers

Managing and tracking the roles and responsibilities of office and factory staff

Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails
