• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

• *Experience**

• 15 Years of experience in Finance \& Accounts
• Experience in handling multiple manufacturing plants on a PAN India basis
• Strong exposure to manufacturing industry accounting and financial controls

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee complete Finance \& Accounts operations across multiple manufacturing plants in India
• Handle finalization of accounts, preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit \& Loss Account, and financial statements
• Ensure accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting
• Monitor plant\-wise accounting, costing, inventory valuation, and financial controls
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Manage cash flow, banking, working capital, and fund management
• Coordinate with auditors and banks.
• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance systems
• Prepared MIS reports and delivered financial insights to management to support decision\-making and quarterly financial presentations before Board meetings.
• Ensure smooth ERP/SAP\-based accounting operations across locations
