\*Core Responsibilities\*
\*1\. Operations \& Guest Experience\*
\- Oversee front office, housekeeping, F\&B, maintenance, security
\- Set service standards \+ handle VIP/complaint escalations
\- Ensure brand standards are met daily
\- Walk the property, do room checks, interact with guests
\*2\. Finance \& Business\*
\- Own the P\&L: revenue, costs, profit targets
\- Make annual budget \+ forecast occupancy/ADR/RevPAR
\- Control costs: labor, F\&B waste, utilities, maintenance
\- Approve major purchases \+ negotiate with vendors
\*3\. Team Leadership\*
\- Hire, train, appraise HODs: Front Office Mgr, F\&B Mgr, Housekeeping Mgr, Chief Engineer, Sales Mgr
\- Build work schedules, handle staffing issues
\- Create hotel culture, motivation, discipline
\*4\. Sales \& Marketing\*
\- Work with sales team on corporate contracts, weddings, events
\- Manage OTA relations: http://Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Expedia
\- Local marketing, tie\-ups, reputation management on TripAdvisor/Google
\*Key Skills Needed\*

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
