Magic Food Zone is seeking an experienced and result\-oriented General Manager – Operations to lead and manage multi\-unit restaurant and food court operations across our hospitality portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end\-to\-end operations across multiple restaurant and food court locations
Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Monitor food cost, labour cost, wastage, and operational KPIs
Lead, mentor, and develop outlet management teams
Conduct regular audits, reviews, and performance evaluations
Enhance customer experience and service standards across all outlets
Manage manpower planning, training, and productivity
Review MIS reports and implement corrective actions
Support new outlet launches and business expansion initiatives
Requirements
10\+ years of experience in restaurant, QSR, food court, or hospitality operations
Proven experience managing multiple outlets
Strong understanding of restaurant P\&L, cost control, and team management
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem\-solving skills
