- *General Manager – School Administration \& Operations**
Applications are invited from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the position of **General Manager** at **The Guardian English School**.
The General Manager shall be responsible for the overall administration, operational efficiency, infrastructure management, support services coordination, and strategic supervision of the institution, ensuring that all school functions are carried out effectively and in alignment with the vision, policies, and objectives of the management.
- Provide overall administrative leadership and supervision of the school's day\-to\-day operations.
- Coordinate and monitor the functioning of all non\-academic departments including administration, transport, facilities management, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and support services.
- Ensure effective implementation of school policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Assist the management in strategic planning, institutional development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor discipline, safety, security, and regulatory compliance across the campus.
- Supervise procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate infrastructure development projects, maintenance activities, and facility enhancement programs.
- Liaise with government authorities, statutory bodies, contractors, consultants, and service providers as required.
- Support academic leadership in creating an efficient and conducive learning environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, systems, and operational processes.
- Prepare reports, operational reviews, budgets, and management updates.
- Lead, motivate, and manage administrative and support staff to achieve institutional objectives.
- Ensure high standards of professionalism, accountability, and service delivery throughout the organization.
- *Qualification \& Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in administration, operations management, institutional management, or related leadership roles.
- Prior experience in the education sector, school administration, or educational institutions will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with a background in the Armed Forces, Defence Services, Government Administration, Public Sector Organizations, or similar leadership environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and multi\-functional operations.
