You will lead the post\-divestment governance of the Onshore Wind Power business of India, ensuring people management, operational continuity, risk mitigation, and compliance with transitional frameworks. The role focuses on managing complex stakeholder landscapes with high internal management exposure. You will oversee strategic risk management, steer high\-level customer and partner relationships, and ensure strong commercial and operational governance while providing clear executive\-level visibility. Your drive will be essential for the success of the role.**How You’ll Make an Impact**

• Strong focus on HSE and execution according to HSE plans
• Drive end\-to\-end transition governance, ensuring business continuity and structured risk management.
• Ensure compliance with TSA/LTA agreements and proactively mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks.
• Provide executive reporting on exposures, mitigation actions, and business status (PMO\-level governance).
• Coordinate cross\-functional stakeholders (legal, finance, supply chain) to manage transition complexities.
• Act as the senior interface with key customers and top management, ensuring alignment and continuity.
• Manage escalations, contractual ambiguities, and sensitive post\-transaction dynamics.
• Lead high\-value negotiations, dispute resolution, and commercial discussions.
• Own residual business scope, ensuring delivery, revenue protection, and contractual commitments.
• Stabilize operations in an uncertain environment while maintaining safety and service standards.
• Manage commercial exposure, liabilities, and contractual risks in the Indian market.
• Drive structured execution and governance across complex service operations.

• Expertise in stakeholder management, including executive/boardroom\-level communication.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills, especially without formal authority.
• Solid understanding of legal and commercial frameworks, contracts, and risk governance.
• Structured mindset with the ability to drive PMO rigor, reporting, and execution discipline.
• Experience in Wind Power / Renewable Energy sector preferred, as well as Indian market and Indian business environment.
