- Formulate and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
- Drive the team to achieve set targets in terms of volume, revenue, and profitability
- Foster a performance\-driven and motivated team culture
- Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent performance improvements

Experience: 8\-10 Years (Automobile)
- Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Computer Knowledge(Ms Office \& E\-Mails)
- Able To Drive Car And Must Have Driving License Of 4 Wheeler.
