• *Location:** Pune

• *Roles \& Responsibility (Job Profile)**

• Plan and monitor daily production activities and manpower.
• Ensure proper pretreatment, powder/liquid painting process, curing and finish quality.
• Monitor paint consumption, film thickness and curing parameters.
• Reduce rejection, rework and line stoppages through problem solving.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Planning teams.
• Ensure 5S, PPE, safety and environmental compliance.
• Train operators and maintain shift production records.
• Optimize the processes and consumables consumption.

• *Competency (Candidate Profile)**

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Production or relevant field.
• 4\-8 years of experience in powder or liquid painting operations.
• Knowledge of pretreatment, spray techniques, curing ovens, DFT measurement and paint defects.
• Should have experienced in Multicolor Painting in Batch Production.
• Good leadership, communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, quality tools and MS Excel preferred.
