We are seeking an experienced Design leader to head our global Automotive Design organization focused on intelligent cockpit, HMI, UX/UI, and digital in\-vehicle experiences.
This role will lead multidisciplinary teams across India and Europe, driving both customer\-facing innovation and execution excellence for production automotive programs. The candidate will oversee global design capabilities, OEM customer engagements, and delivery of design assets for infotainment, clusters, HUD, ADAS, and connected cockpit platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership, automotive domain expertise, design thinking, and operational execution with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product management, and customer organizations.
