About the Role

Our client, a premier 5\-star hotel in Trivandrum, is looking for a dynamic General Manager of Operations. You will hold full operational and financial accountability for all departments—including F\&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering—ensuring flawless 5\-star standards and seamless guest experiences daily.

Key Responsibilities:\-

Operational Excellence: Maintain absolute compliance with luxury standards; champion guest satisfaction (GSI) and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Financial Growth: Optimize OpEx, collaborate with revenue teams to maximize ADR/RevPAR, and drive F\&B/Banqueting profitability.

Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a high\-performance culture across all department heads, focusing on retention and service training.

Candidate Profile:\-

Experience: 12\+ years in luxury hospitality (5\-star hotels), with 3\+ years as Director of Operations, Resident Manager, or EAM/GM Operations.

Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.

Skills: Strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership, and expertise in managing both corporate travel and MICE/leisure segments.

Preferred: Prior experience in the South Indian/Kerala luxury hospitality market.
