We are seeking an experienced GMB/GBP Specialist with a strong track record in Google Business Profile (GBP) manager, or GMB specialist, is responsible for optimizing a company's local search presence on Google Search and Maps to drive customer foot traffic and online leads., improved organic traffic, and better user engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on expertise in GBP/GMB.
Claim, verify, and update profiles with accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) data, business hours, services, and categories.Reputation Management: Monitor, address, and respond to customer reviews and inquiries (Q\&A) promptly and professionally.Content Updates: Publish regular updates, special offers, announcements, and photos to keep audiences engaged.Local SEO: Improve local pack visibility by integrating targeted keywords into services and the business description.Analytics \& Reporting: Track performance insights like search queries, customer actions, direction requests, and profile views
Strong understanding of local search engine optimization practices and online branding.Communication: Excellent written communication skills for creating posts and drafting professional review responses.Analytical Abilities: Ability to interpret GMB insights, analyze traffic data, and refine marketing strategies.Experience: Typically requires 1–3 years of experience managing business listings, ideally within a digital marketing agency
Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously and meet project deadlines in an agency setup.
