Gold Loan Officer – Gold Take Over Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented **Gold Loan Officer** with proven experience in **Gold Loan Take Over** operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of gold loan products, customer relationship management, gold appraisal coordination, and competitor loan takeover processes. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, facilitating gold loan transfers from other financial institutions, and achieving business growth targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

• *Key Responsibilities Gold Loan Business Development :**

• *Gold Loan Take Over :**

• Source customers holding gold loans with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
• Explain the benefits of transferring existing gold loans to the company.
• Coordinate and complete the end\-to\-end gold loan takeover process efficiently.
• Ensure smooth documentation, loan closure, and pledge transfer procedures.

• *Customer Relationship Management :**

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide accurate information regarding loan schemes, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• *Documentation \& Compliance :**

• Verify customer KYC documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate loan records and customer documentation.
• Follow all internal controls, regulatory guidelines, and operational procedures.

• *Market Intelligence :**

• Monitor competitor gold loan schemes, interest rates, and promotional offers.
• Provide regular market feedback to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance and customer acquisition.

• *Candidate Requirements :**

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum **1–3 years of experience** in Gold Loan Sales or Gold Loan Take Over.
• Good understanding of gold loan products, loan processing, and customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
