Job Summary

We are looking for a customer\-focused and detail\-oriented Gold Loan Officer to manage Gold Loan operations at the branch. The ideal candidate should have experience in gold appraisal, customer service, loan processing, and branch operations. The role involves acquiring customers, processing Gold Loans, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high service standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesGold Loan Operations

• Evaluate and appraise pledged gold ornaments accurately as per company guidelines.
• Process Gold Loan applications, documentation, disbursements, renewals, and loan closures.
• Ensure proper verification of customer documents and compliance with KYC/AML guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of pledged gold and loan documentation.
• Ensure safe handling and secure custody of pledged gold.

Customer Relationship Management

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable financial solutions.
• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and loan\-related requests professionally.

Business Development

• Acquire new Gold Loan customers through field visits, local marketing activities, referrals, and customer networking.
• Achieve monthly business and revenue targets assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Promote cross\-selling of insurance and other financial products where applicable.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
