About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Google Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to generate leads, increase website traffic, and improve ROI for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other SEO tools.
• Write compelling ad copies and optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign budgets and daily spending.
• Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversions, and ROAS.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Optimize landing pages in coordination with the design and development teams.
• Implement conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and best practices.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Google Ads platform.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4\).
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields.
• Freshers with Google Ads certification are encouraged to apply.
• 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing or paid advertising.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads Certification.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or SimilarWeb.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media marketing.

Salary
