Google Ads Media Buyer - Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Media Buyer who lives and breathes paid search. This role is for someone who understands how to scale campaigns profitably, optimize performance daily, and consistently generate high\-quality leads.

You will be responsible for managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries, analyzing data to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI. Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) is a strong plus.

This is a hands\-on execution role. We are not looking for someone who monitors campaigns; we want someone who actively tests, optimizes, and drives results.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, ad copy, landing page performance, and conversion tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data\-driven decisions.
• Analyze KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
• Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and call tracking.
• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns while reducing wasted spend.
• Work closely with leadership to develop growth strategies.
• Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations.
• Stay current on Google Ads updates, policies, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹120,000\.00 per month
