Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and performance\-driven Google Ads Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries and generating high\-quality leads while maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
\* Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, and Performance Max.
\* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
\* Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve conversions and ROAS.
\* Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.
\* Perform A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
\* Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
\* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
\* Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and improve overall account performance.
\* Work closely with design, content, SEO, and development teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
\* Stay updated with the latest Google Ads updates, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
\* Minimum 3 years of hands\-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
\* Strong expertise in Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
\* Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
\* Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
\* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4\) and Google Tag Manager.
\* Ability to analyze campaign data and make data\-driven decisions.
\* Strong communication, reporting, and problem\-solving skills.
\* Google Ads Certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
\* Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
\* Knowledge of Landing Page Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
\* Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
\* Strong attention to detail and performance\-oriented mindset.
