Google Ads Specialist

GoKite Travel \& Tours is hiring a Google Ads Specialist with 3–5 years of hands\-on experience running and optimizing paid search campaigns. You’ll bring solid expertise in Google Ads, performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization, ideally from the travel, tourism, or service sector.

• *What You’ll Do**

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Research keywords, analyze competitors, and refine audience targeting to boost campaign results.
• Oversee budgets, bids, ad positions, and overall account health.
• Write engaging ad copy and continuously test headlines, descriptions, and landing pages.
• Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPL, ROAS, and ROI.
• Analyze campaign data to uncover opportunities that increase conversions and lower cost per lead.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking through Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Deliver regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights for the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the content, design, sales, and marketing teams to keep campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Run A/B tests and apply data\-driven strategies to keep improving results.
• Keep up with Google Ads updates, PPC trends, and industry best practices.

• *What We’re Looking For**

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Google Ads, PPC, or performance marketing.
• Hands\-on expertise with Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
• Strong grasp of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Working experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Sharp analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• A track record in lead generation and performance\-driven campaigns.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• *Nice to have:* Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or e\-commerce.
