· **Campaign Management:** Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
· **Strategy \& Planning:** Develop performance\-driven strategies to achieve client goals (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversions).
· **Audience Targeting:** Create custom and lookalike audiences using Meta’s targeting tools.
· **Creative Development:** Design compelling ad copies and visual assets, collaborating with creative teams.
· **Performance Optimization:** Monitor daily campaign metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPM, CTR) and conduct A/B testing on creative and audiences.
· **Reporting:** Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports offering actionable insights.
· **Technical Setup:** Implement and manage Meta Pixels and conversion APIs.
· Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist or in a similar performance marketing role.
· Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and Audience Insights.
· Strong analytical skills to analyse data and improve campaign performance.
