Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for a results\-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in Google Ads, lead generation campaigns, keyword research, conversion tracking, and performance optimization to drive student enrollments and business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Improve campaign performance through A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, and targeting.
• Generate qualified leads and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor Quality Score and implement strategies to improve ad relevance and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands\-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Understanding of SEO principles and landing page optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Google Ads Certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience in the education/training industry.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
