ENHANCE PLUS CONSULTANT invites graduate freshers from all streams to apply for an International Voice and Chat Process BPO position. This is a free job opportunity where you will handle inbound calls and chat interactions to provide excellent customer service. Your workweek will consist of five days with two rotational week-offs, and shifts are nine hours long based on client regions: for the UK, from 11 AM to 3 AM; for the US, from 5 PM to 7 AM; and for Australia, from 3 AM onwards, with any nine-hour slot within these ranges. Strong communication skills are essential.
