Graduate Trainee Engineer

This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0\-2 years of experience who are eager to build their technical expertise and gain hands\-on exposure to mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems.
• Support production and manufacturing operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with senior engineers on project planning, execution, and implementation.
• Perform basic engineering calculations, analysis, and technical documentation.
• Participate in quality control, inspection, and process improvement activities.
• Maintain technical records and prepare reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and engineering best practices.
• Coordinate with cross\-functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance, and R\&D.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
