Jewellery sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer\-focused and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will assist customers in selecting jewellery, explain product features, and help achieve store sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Demonstrate knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
• Explain product features, pricing, certification, and available offers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with customers.
• Handle billing, payments, and basic POS operations.
• Ensure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and well\-organized.
• Assist with inventory management, stock counting, and merchandising.
• Follow company policies regarding security, customer service, and product handling.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
• Previous experience in jewellery, retail, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹13,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
