We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented Video Editor to join our in\-house team in Gurugram. This is a full\-time, on\-site role focused on editing and producing high\-quality video content for digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver engaging, visually compelling, and brand\-aligned content.
- Edit and produce high\-quality video content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Perform video cutting, trimming, sequencing, and storytelling to create engaging narratives
- Repurpose long\-form content into short\-form videos optimized for social media
- Apply basic color correction and grading to enhance visual appeal
- Incorporate text overlays, transitions, motion graphics, and basic visual effects
- Sync audio, enhance sound quality, and minimize background noise
- Ensure all videos align with platform\-specific formats, trends, and best practices
- Adhere to brand guidelines, creative briefs, and feedback with precision
- Collaborate closely with the in\-house marketing and creative teams
- Manage timelines effectively and deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Video Editor
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Solid understanding of video editing workflows and post\-production processes
- Familiarity with social media formats, trends, and audience preferences
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, on\-site team environment
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
