We are looking for a Graphic Designer who does not just “make graphics,” but someone who can visually shape how the next generation learns.

• *What You’ll Do**

You will work closely with our founders, academic team, and content creators to design high\-impact educational and marketing content.

• *Your work will include:**

• *Book \& Curriculum Design**

• Designing visually engaging school books and worksheets
• Creating clean layouts, illustrations, diagrams, and educational visuals
• Designing activity\-rich learning pages for students from Grades 1–12
• Preparing print\-ready publishing files

• *Social Media \& Branding**

• Designing high\-quality social media creatives
• Creating launch posters, campaigns, advertisements, and brand assets
• Helping shape Codju’s visual identity across platforms

• *Creative Learning Content**

• Designing infographics, concept visuals, and educational explainers
• Turning complex concepts into simple visual experiences
• Creating engaging AI, coding, robotics, and mathematics\-related content

• *Digital \& Product Assets**

• Course thumbnails
• Presentation decks
• Website graphics
• Event branding material
• UI mockups and creative assets

• *Who We’re Looking For**

We want someone who

• Has a strong eye for modern, clean, and meaningful design
• Understands visual storytelling
• Can think creatively, not just execute instructions
• Is detail\-oriented with a strong sense of typography, spacing, and aesthetics
• Can work fast without compromising quality
• Wants to build something impactful in education

• *Skills Required**

Strong working knowledge of

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva

Bonus Skills

• Motion graphics
• Video editing
• AI image generation tools
• Illustration skills
• Experience designing books or educational content
