Develop and steward a comprehensive brand identity system, expanding the existing logo into a full suite of guidelines covering typography, colour, layout, and graphic language
Apply the identity system consistently across all brand channelssocial media, email newsletters, retail touchpoints, and the website
Create and maintain thorough brand guidelines documentation, ensuring all assets and records are accurately organised and up to date
Partner closely with the social media team to ensure all visual assets (photographs, videos, and graphics) accurately reflect the brand's aesthetic
Establish clear visual guidelines for product photography and videography, defining how products should be captured to align with brand standards
Manage and evolve brand assets over time, ensuring consistency across new campaigns and initiatives
Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen and refine the brand's visual presence
*What we're looking for**
A strong portfolio across branding and communication design, ideally in the fashion, lifestyle or culture space
A multidisciplinary understanding of brand systems beyond aesthetics, of how identity scales and behaves across contexts
A discerning eye for photography and video, with experience contributing to creative direction and visual guidelines
Excellent communication and cross\-functional collaboration skills
Demonstrable interest in textiles, craft, and material cultures
