We are looking for a creative, detail\-driven Graphic Designer with 2\+ years of experience who is excited about working in a D2C startup environment. This role requires strong hands\-on expertise in Adobe tools and AI\-powered design platforms, along with an eye for brand storytelling and performance\-driven creatives.
- *Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Design high\-impact creatives for digital marketing, social media, website, app, emailers, and brand campaigns.
- Create performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
- Leverage AI tools to ideate, generate, and optimise design assets faster and smarter.
- Translate brand guidelines into visually compelling outputs across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, growth, and product teams.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline assets.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast\-paced D2C startup environment.
- Work on product launches, campaigns, and seasonal drops.
- Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Hands\-on experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, and similar platforms.
- Proven experience creating creatives for social media, digital ads, and e\-commerce.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work at speed without compromising on quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio is mandatory.
- Experience in D2C, e\-commerce, lifestyle, or healthcare brands.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing — After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and web design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with A/B testing creatives and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
