Job Description – Graphic Designer (Print Media \& Motion Graphics)

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and dedicated Graphic Designer who has strong knowledge of print media design and motion graphics. The candidate should be able to create visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design posters, banners, flyers, brochures, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
- Create print\-ready designs for magazines, standees, flex, booklets, packaging, and other print media requirements.
- Develop engaging motion graphics, reels, animations, and video creatives for social media and promotional campaigns.
- Edit videos and add transitions, effects, subtitles, and animations when required.
- Coordinate with content, marketing, and social media teams for creative execution.
- Ensure all designs meet branding guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects and complete tasks within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro**.
- Good understanding of **print media specifications**, color formats, typography, and layout design.
- Experience in **motion graphics and video editing**.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in graphic designing.
- Experience in social media creative design is an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion graphics work.
- Basic knowledge of photography/videography is a plus.
- Passion for creative storytelling and visual communication.
