• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a **creative and execution\-focused Graphic Designer \& Reels Editor** who can produce **high\-converting business content** for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in **short\-form video editing, Canva design, Adobe and AI\-powered tools**, with a strong understanding of **digital marketing content trends**.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create **engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook videos**
• Design **social media posts, banners, and ad creatives** using Canva and other tools
• Edit videos using tools like **CapCut, VN, or similar platforms**
• Use **AI tools** for faster content production (text\-to\-video, auto captions, voiceovers, etc.)
• Understand **business content strategy** and create designs aligned with marketing goals
• Add **hooks, transitions, subtitles, and effects** to improve retention and engagement
• Work closely with the marketing team for **campaign\-based creatives**
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and videos

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of **Canva (Pro preferred)**
• Hands\-on experience in **CapCut / mobile \+ desktop video editing tools**
• Basic understanding of **AI tools** (e.g., ChatGPT, text\-to\-image/video tools, auto\-editing tools)
• Good sense of **design, typography, color, and storytelling**
• Understanding of **social media trends, hooks, and viral content formats**
• Ability to deliver **fast turnaround content (daily/weekly targets)**

• *Preferred Skills (Bonus)**

• Experience with **Adobe tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)**
• Knowledge of **branding and ad creatives**
• Basic understanding of **digital marketing (SMO, ads, funnels)**
