Velnik India Limited is a leading FMCG manufacturing company in the beauty and personal care sector. As part of our expansion and innovation drive, we are seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer Executive to strengthen our branding, packaging, and visual communication efforts across multiple platforms.
Design creative and functional packaging for laminates, mono cartons, corrugated boxes, shippers, etc., ensuring visual appeal and brand alignment.
Develop realistic 3D mockups of product designs for internal presentations, approvals, and visual clarity before printing or production.
Design ad copies, pamphlets, social media posts, and website banners that communicate the brand message effectively across platforms.
Create scroll\-stopping graphics and creatives for social media marketing, ensuring consistency in tone, color, and layout.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure product designs comply with technical, legal, and regulatory standards.
Present final designs to the senior leadership including MD Sir, incorporate feedback, and obtain approvals/signatures for production.
Ensure all designs are technically accurate and prepared in high\-resolution, print\-ready formats for vendors and printer.
Participate in creative discussions and stay updated with current design trends, competitor packaging, and market innovations.
Handle multiple design assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Uphold brand guidelines across all touchpoints — packaging, digital, print — to maintain a unified and professional brand image.
● Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
● Experience: 2\+ years of professional experience in packaging design, branding, and creative graphics.
○ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).
○ Knowledge of 3D mockup tools and software (e.g., Adobe Dimension, Blender, or equivalent)
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
