Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced **Graphic Designer** to join our team at Vibcare Pharma. You will be responsible for creating high\-quality marketing creatives, promotional collateral, product packaging artworks, and digital assets to support our PCD franchise network and brand presence across India.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Marketing Collateral:** Design professional **visual aids**, **LBL/leaflets**, **product cards**, brochures, and catalogs for our PCD pharma divisions.
• **Packaging Artwork:** Prepare and adapt **packaging designs**, carton boxes, blister foils, and label artworks ensuring correct brand guidelines and technical print specifications.
• **Digital Creatives:** Create engaging social media banners, promotional creatives, and email banners to support monthly campaigns and **new product launches**.
• **Franchise Support:** Develop customized promotional materials and scheme banners for **franchise partners** and distributors.
• **Brand Consistency:** Maintain consistent typography, color schemes, and visual identity across all print and digital touchpoints.
• **Print Coordination:** Prepare accurate print\-ready files (bleed, margins, CMYK, cutting lines) and coordinate with printers/vendors to review proofs and ensure print quality.
• **Design Management:** Maintain an organized repository of design assets, master open files (AI, PSD, CDR), and final export archives.
• **Cross\-Functional Alignment:** Collaborate closely with Product Management, Content, and Sales teams to deliver design requirements within defined timelines.

### **Requirements**

• **Experience:** **3\-4 years** of graphic design experience, preferably in the **pharma** or healthcare sector.
• **Education:** Graduate in any discipline; formal diploma or degree in Graphic Design / Fine Arts is preferred.
• **Skills:**

+ Expertise in **Adobe Illustrator**, **Photoshop**, **CorelDRAW**, and **InDesign**.

+ Good understanding of print production processes, color correction, and packaging dielines.

+ Familiarity with pharma promotional materials such as **visual aids**, **LBLs**, and **product cards**.

+ Basic knowledge of creating social media assets using **Canva** or Adobe Suite.

+ Strong creative eye and meticulous attention to detail.

+ Ability to handle multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.

+ Good communication skills and openness to design feedback.
