• *About the Role**

Gagan Realtech is looking for creative and talented professionals to join our growing real estate marketing team.

We are hiring candidates for

• **Graphic Designer**
• **Video Editor**
• **Candidates skilled in both Graphic Designing and Video Editing** (preferred)

If you specialize in **either Graphic Design or Video Editing**, you are encouraged to apply. Candidates who possess both skill sets will be given preference.

• *Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing**

• Edit property tour videos, walkthroughs, and project showcases.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.
• Produce promotional videos and advertisements for real estate projects.
• Add transitions, effects, captions, music, and motion graphics to enhance content quality.
• Stay updated with the latest social media and video content trends.

• *Graphic Designing**

• Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, and marketing creatives.
• Create brochures, flyers, project presentations, and branding materials.
• Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create high\-converting creatives.

• *Requirements**

• Expertise in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or both.
• Proficiency in relevant tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar software.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Understanding of social media trends and content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Real estate industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
