• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Design attractive and professional posters, banners, and promotional creatives for digital platforms.
• Create engaging social media graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Develop recruitment posters, corporate creatives, marketing materials, and branding designs.
• Work on layouts, typography, colour combinations, and visual elements to create impactful designs.
• Convert creative concepts and business requirements into visually appealing designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to understand design requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
• Make necessary design modifications and deliver creatives within deadlines.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 0–1 years of experience in Graphic Designing. Freshers with good design skills are welcome.
• Proficiency in **Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator**, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of colour theory, typography, layouts, and visual composition.
• Ability to create professional posters, social media creatives, and marketing designs.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand design briefs and deliver quality outputs.
• A creative portfolio or previous design samples is required.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Knowledge of branding and social media design trends.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives.
• Ability to work on multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of AI\-powered design tools is an added advantage.
