Job Description

**Brand \& Identity Management:**
Ensure strict consistency of the hospital’s logo, color palette, typography, and visual guidelines across all materials.
**Patient \& Clinical Collateral:**
Design and update patient education brochures, health awareness posters, standees, OPD forms, prescription pads, and staff communication notices.
Simplify dense medical information into easy\-to\-understand infographics and visual guides.
**Digital \& Social Media Content:**
Create social media graphics, doctor promotion banners, health camp announcements, event invites, and digital ads for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
**Video \& Multimedia (Often required):**
Plan, shoot, and edit short\-form videos, doctor interviews, patient testimonials, Reels, and health awareness clips using tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects.
**Print Production:**
Prepare print\-ready artwork, coordinate with vendors, and oversee quality control for physical signages, hoardings, and merchandise.
**Cross\-Functional Collaboration:**
Work closely with the marketing, HR, clinical, and administrative teams to gather design requirements and deliver projects on tight deadlines.
