Graphics Designer

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a **creative and execution\-driven Graphic Designer** who also understands basic marketing workflows. This role will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets while supporting day\-to\-day marketing execution across digital, retail, and brand initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Graphic Design**

* Create high\-quality creatives for

• Social media (Instagram, ads, reels covers, stories)
• Website \& e\-commerce banners
• Product packaging \& label adaptations
• Marketing collaterals (brochures, standees, POSM)
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Work closely with product \& marketing teams to translate briefs into visuals
• Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and campaign needs

• *Product Artwork \& Packaging Design**

* Develop end\-to\-end product artworks including

• Primary packaging (bottles, tubes, jars, labels)
• Secondary packaging (cartons, boxes)
• Create print\-ready files with correct:
• Dimensions, dyelines, bleeds, and margins
• Color formats (CMYK, Pantone matching)
• Ensure regulatory \& mandatory information placement:
• Ingredient lists, claims, batch coding areas, barcodes, MRP, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors for sampling, print approvals, and production alignment
• Adapt designs across multiple SKUs, shades, and variants efficiently
• Work on finish references:
• Foiling, embossing, matte/gloss, textures, special inks

• *Marketing Execution Support**

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns \& launches
• Coordinate with vendors (printers, agencies, content creators)
• Support content calendar execution
• Track campaign deliverables and timelines
• Assist in influencer/creator coordination

• *Content \& Brand Support**

• Contribute ideas for campaign concepts, social media trends, and product storytelling
• Support photoshoots (mood boards, shot references, coordination)

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
